KEEPING YOU SAFE
We are aware of the fact that the current situation worldwide is extremely challenging and that vacation planning can be quite difficult.
For this reason, we’ve taken extra precautions to keep you safe and make you feel confident during your stay.
What we’re doing to help you stay safe during Covid-19
Highest hygiene standards
In order to guarantee the highest hygiene protocols to face Covid-19, all of our team members are taking on a great responsibility to follow the proper cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards. We pay special attention to the disinfection of the area where the check-in and check-out are taking place, as well as to the detailed washing and disinfection of our boats, watersports equipment, and any other type of equipment or watersport accessories before each rent.
Scheduled appointments (without meeting other guests)
To keep your contact with other guests to a minimum, our team will inform you in advance about the exact time of your check-in appointment. In this way, we ensure that only a permissible number of people is in our office at the same time.
You won’t have to worry about long waits and big crowds since you will exactly know when and where you should meet us.
Sharing insights about the current situation in Croatia
Since the situation worldwide is constantly changing, our team will be standing at your disposal even before your trip, in case you have any questions about the actual current situation in Croatia.
The only thing you need to do is contact us in case of doubts or questions and the rest is up to us – we will double-check if there are any restrictions at the border crossing, give you valid information about how and where to make the COVID-19 test in Croatia (if needed), and will keep you updated about everything that is going on.
Although the current circumstances with the pandemic are demanding, we want to make sure that you don’t have to miss out on your well-deserved vacation in order to feel relaxed, healthy, and safe. And what better way to social distance than to stay on board with your closest ones.
Stay safe, and we hope we’ll have the opportunity to welcome you aboard soon!
